This wasn't my first time asking Fireaway for their help. Over the last 10 years they have installed 3 fireplaces for me and each time I've been very pleased with their work. Most recently my old chimney created obstacles that required extra work and extra patience from the installers who were hard working young professionals in my opinion. What a fantastic experience I had from beginning to completion of installation of propane insert. From the moment I walked into the shop in Bowmanville I received exceptional care.  Great communication with Nick.  He came to our home in Hastings and was more than pleasant to deal with.  Appointment for install was right on date and time and the fellows were very respectful and completed the job in a timely manner.  Oh and I must not forget his beautiful receptionist at the shop. We’re very satisfied with the value and customer service provided by Nick and his team at Fire Away in Bowmanville. We recently arranged with Fire Away for the removal of our old gas fireplace and replacement with a Napoleon gas fireplace. We had previously bought a Big Green Egg barbecue from them and returned because we were pleased with that earlier experience. We’re very happy with this recent experience, as well.
