What a fantastic experience I had from beginning to completion of installation of propane insert. From the moment I walked into the shop in Bowmanville I received exceptional care. Great communication with Nick. He came to our home in Hastings and was more than pleasant to deal with. We’re very satisfied with the value and customer service provided by Nick and his team at Fire Away in Bowmanville. We recently arranged with Fire Away for the removal of our old gas fireplace and replacement with a Napoleon gas fireplace. We had previously bought a Big Green Egg barbecue from them and returned because we were pleased with that earlier experience. We’re very happy with this recent experience, as well.
